WHIRL was born from a simple truth: women do better when women are connected. Not the kind of connection that lives on a LinkedIn profile — the kind that picks up the phone, makes the introduction, shows up with a casserole, and tells you the truth even when it's uncomfortable.
We are relationship-first. That means we slow down enough to actually know each other. We build trust before we ask for favors. We invest in each other as whole humans, not just as professional resources.
We are a little woo and a lot of work. We set intentions and we execute. We believe in gut feelings and also in spreadsheets. We make vision boards and quarterly goals. We hold space and we hold each other accountable.

Founder & President
Jennifer founded WHIRL on a conviction that women who are financially empowered and deeply connected can change everything. A life insurance, annuities, and investment specialist with Spectrum Financial Group, she brings precision, warmth, and an unwavering belief that every woman deserves both a seat at the table and the tools to own it.

Ashleigh is the creative force behind WHIRL's voice, vision, and aesthetic. A podcast host and brand builder with Mobile Auto Clinic, she believes beauty and intention belong in everything — from the way a room is designed to the way a community tells its story. She leads WHIRL's creative direction and the Third Space Conversations podcast.

We all know what it means to be "on" — at work, at home, showing up and delivering and performing.
But there's a Third Space — one that sociologists have long recognized as essential to human wellbeing. It's the coffee shop, the town square, the bar, the park. The place where you belong to yourself and to a community at the same time.
Third Space is that, for WHIRL women. It's our social arm — less formal, more fun. Happy hours, outdoor hangs, wellness mornings, and whatever else sounds like a good idea at the time. No agenda. No pitch. No name tags.

Membership Commitments
WHIRL is built on real relationships — so active participation is part of the deal. Here's what we ask of every member each quarter:

Attend at least 5 WHIRL events each quarter — main gatherings, luncheons, mixers, or approved Third Space events all count.

1:1s with All Leadership
Connect one-on-one with each member of the WHIRL leadership team at least once — a coffee, a call, whatever works for both of you.

2 Member 1:1s per Quarter
Schedule and complete at least 2 one-on-one coffees or calls with fellow WHIRL members each quarter. This is where the real magic happens.
